These terms cover your use of Strategi at https://www.strategi.pro and the Strategi for Salesforce browser extension. Strategi is operated by Reyaan Amir, a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada. Using Strategi means you accept these terms.
You enter a company or an industry and receive an analysis covering competitors, investors, and market context. Every result is generated by an AI model. It is a starting point for your own research, not verified fact and not professional advice.
AI models fabricate and Strategi cannot fully prevent it. A results page may contain companies that have shut down, been acquired, or never existed, wrong funding figures, market sizes, growth rates and executive names, and stale information.
Features marked “Beta” are less reliable.
Do not use Strategi’s output as the sole basis for any investment, acquisition, hiring, commercial, or legal decision. Verify anything that matters against a primary source before acting on it.
Strategi is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, current, or fit for any purpose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any consumer rights you hold under applicable law such as the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, data, or reputation arising from your use of Strategi, including losses caused by inaccurate or fabricated output.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to CAD $100. You accept that AI-generated research carries a known and disclosed risk of error, and that verifying results is your responsibility.
An account is optional and is created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for anything done through it. You must be at least 16.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. The Privacy Policy states what is deleted. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaches these terms.

Use of Strategi is subject to limits. These are not contractual and may change.
Strategi’s own material, meaning the site, its design, code, prompts and interface, belongs to Reyaan Amir. Pages Strategi publishes about a company or industry are its own content and contain no personal information.
Generated results. You may use the analyses Strategi generates for you, including commercially, subject to the rules above. We claim no ownership of that output and no warranty that it is original or free of third-party rights.
Third-party names. Company names, trade marks, and logos belong to their owners and imply no affiliation or endorsement.
The extension transmits your Salesforce data nowhere except as a search term you choose to run. These terms and the Privacy Policy apply to it.
Strategi depends on services run by others: Google for sign-in, Supabase for the database, Render for hosting, and outside providers for AI generation, reference material, news, and logos. We are not responsible for their acts and omissions.
Strategi may be unavailable or broken at any time, without notice. Features may change or be removed. If we stop operating it, we will give notice.
Strategi is free. No subscription, no payment, no billing information collected. If paid features are introduced, prices, payment terms, renewal, and refunds will be published in these terms and apply only to charges made after that update.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use Strategi means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, except where the law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
