Strategi is a free competitive research tool at https://www.strategi.pro. The controller is Reyaan Amir, a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada.
For access, correction, deletion, or a complaint: reyaanamir03@gmail.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.
Account details, if you sign in. Signing in is optional and runs through Google. We receive your email, name and profile picture, and the account identifier Google issues for you. We request no access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts and cannot read them.
Search history, if you are signed in. Each search is saved to your account: the company or industry searched for, the results generated, timestamps, and the list you filed it under. Signed out, nothing is stored.
A device signal. A hashed technical signal from your browser, used to enforce usage limits. We do not use fingerprinting or other cross-site identification techniques.
A hashed IP address. Your IP address is never stored in readable form. Logs retain only a hashed token for 7 days.
Your browser keeps your session in local storage so you stay signed in. Clearing your browser data removes it.

In Canada we rely on the consent you give by signing in or running a search.
Supabase hosts the database and login. Your account details, search history, and lists are stored there, in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your data is stored outside your country.
Render hosts the server and logs. Google provides sign-in.
Running a search sends the name you typed to a third-party AI service and to outside reference sources for background material, news, and logos. None of these receive your name, email, account identifier, or device signal.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
On AI training. Search topics are processed by a third-party AI provider under that provider’s terms. We train no model of our own. We cannot make a binding promise about how an outside provider handles data submitted to it, so we do not make one. Do not enter confidential or personal information into the search box.
Strategi’s use of information received from Google APIs, including through the Strategi for Salesforce Chrome extension, adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Strategi from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. That stops future sign-ins but does not delete stored data. To remove that, delete your account.
You can delete your account inside Strategi, or email reyaanamir03@gmail.com and we will delete it for you. Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your search history, lists, and account record. There is no recovery and no archived copy.
Searching may cause Strategi to publish a page about that company or industry. These pages contain no personal information and are not removed by account deletion.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold, correct it, delete it, provide a portable copy, restrict a use, or object to a use based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these, email reyaanamir03@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. You will not be charged or treated differently for doing so.
Strategi is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Access controls restrict each user to their own data. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure. Do not enter confidential information into Strategi.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A material change will be surfaced in the product.
If paid features are introduced, this policy will be updated before any charge is made, to state what billing information is collected and who processes it.
